Here's where we are
Clinton is trailing Obama in the race for delegates who will decide the Democratic nominee.
Obama has accumulated 1,034 pledged Democratic National Convention delegates to Clinton's 955, according to an unofficial tally by thegreenpapers.com, a nonpartisan Web site that compiles election statistics. The count doesn't include the 796 so-called super delegates, Democratic Party officials and officeholders who aren't bound by primary or caucus results and can back whomever they choose.
A candidate needs at least 2,025 delegates to win the Democratic nomination at the party's convention.
Clinton picked up 26 more delegates yesterday when she was declared winner of the Feb. 5 New Mexico primary.
Along with Ohio, Texas also holds its primary March 4. The two states have a total of 334 pledged delegates available, and Clinton has campaigned in both over the past two days. Before Texas and Ohio vote, Democrats hold caucuses in Hawaii and a primary in Wisconsin on Feb. 19.

Clinton is interviewed on Fox "news" this morning to talk about his climate change initiative. When the questions turn to partisan attacking, he starts throwing chairs against the wall. Figuratively, of course.

The Clinton Global Initiative
President Bill Clinton and the William J. Clinton Foundation have launched the Clinton Global Initiative to help our world move beyond the current state of globalization to a more integrated global community of shared benefits, responsibilities, and values.
The mission of the William J. Clinton Foundation, and the goal of this Initiative, is to increase the benefits and reduce the burdens of global interdependence; to make a world of more partners and fewer enemies; and to give more people the tools they need to build a better future.
The Clinton Global Initiative is a non-partisan endeavor, bringing together a carefully selected group of the world’s best minds and most distinguished problem solvers to focus on practical, effective measures that can be taken now. These leaders - from a wide variety of political, ideological, religious, ethnic, and geographic backgrounds - include current and former heads of state, top business executives, preeminent scholars, and representatives of key non-governmental organizations.
This Initiative is unlike other world conferences in one respect: it is determined to change things now, by discussing some of the world’s most pressing problems; detailing successful responses to them; seeking the best new solutions; and most important, obtaining a specific commitment from each participant to take action in one of the focus areas discussed.
