fermentation will save the nation

The magic and the mystery of fermentation was revealed to more than 800 festival goers at this year’s first Freestone Fermentation Festival. Everything from pickles, bread, compost, keifer, cheese, tea ,yogurt, fine chocolate, miso, kimchee, sauerkraut, and kombucha was tested, tasted, and talked about. There was a great music lineup, hoola hoops, the luna mobile (above), kids making Root Beer, amazing food, and an Osmosis enzyme foot bath.
