This morning

I woke up today with an overwhelming sense of calm. It was great! I realized my good mood and steeped in it for a while. I laid in bed thinking about the power of intention and how important it is to have a direction. I realized we go through a death and resurection every night and day. This morning I just happened to feel the resurection.
