Boston came over last night. We had a large dinner of roasted veggies. It's always great to see him.

I'm having a very relaxing day. The chill in the air can mean only one thing: low pressure in the atmosphere. Less pressure is good. The release valve can be twisted open a little more today. I think everyone can benefit from that.

Lance said last week, "I drink coffee all day on Saturdays". Well, I am drinking coffee all day today. On Tuesday. I am also trying to fast. I've never tried that. Oh wait, here comes some mac and cheese. Never mind.
