My flight back to Fl was all night. The long silence gave me the whole sleeping country to start plowing into A Brief History of Everything by Ken Wilbur.

I’m thinking of Wilber’s “transcend and include” holoarchy concept in relationship to my particular evolution. When I think about the memory of “my life” up until this point, I think of certain benchmarks, or vivid memories which define the particular time period(s) I am remembering. In general, I feel like those benchmark representations seem to progress in a “transcend and include” kind of way. Maybe that’s why I’m drawn to Wilber in general. Transcend and include. How simple. It’s another way of saying “you can have it all.”
