Here's the latest. I put my foot down. I will not be staying at this school to teach. I had a long talk with the principal and we agreed I was not properly equipped to go into this particular teaching situation. This will be my last week at the school. And that is necessary for my sanity. I'm already with dealing with a new state, a new family, no friend group yet, a new climate and a severly red state. I am up for a good challenge but this job is not it. Music education is one thing I'm good at. But I'm not prepared to be a social worker with a little music class sprinkled in when there's time between fights. I'l write more later. I'm making the right choice.
