The old, obsolete Preamble:
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

The newly improved Preamble:
"We the Presidential Administration (and blindly loyal other branches) of the United States, in order to form a more servile society, establish unequal protection, insure domestic divisiveness, provide for the rampant warfare, promote the general stratification of class, and secure the blessings of liberty (and money) for ourselvelves and our posterity only, do ordain and establish this rewriting of the Constitution of the United States of America."

"Now doesn't that sound so much better? May God continue to bless the United States of America"

-G.W. Bush, on recommendation from Karl Rove
